What if a flight is delayed?
The three legs are separate tickets, so the itinerary leaves a margin between them. If a delay still makes you miss a connection, write to us: as the package organiser we help you find an alternative.
What if the train or flight sells out before you buy it?
We offer you an equivalent alternative at no extra cost. If there is none or you don’t like it, you cancel at no cost and we refund you in full.
When am I charged?
When you confirm payment, the exact amount you see. It is the final price, taxes and handling included, with no later charges. Your card is processed by Stripe: we never see or store its details.
Can I cancel?
Before we buy the tickets, yes, at no cost. Afterwards each carrier’s fare conditions apply; we will tell you exactly what yours allows.
Is my trip protected?
Yes. We sell the pack as a package (EU Directive 2015/2302): we are responsible for the performance of the trip and hold insolvency protection.
