Legal Notice
Last updated: 2026-07-27
This legal notice sets out the terms governing access to and use of the GoRoutly website, as required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).
1. Identifying details
- Company name: GOROUTLY S.L.
- Tax ID (NIF): B12345678
- Registered address: Eusebio Estada 13
- Email: info@goroutly.com
- Website: https://goroutly.com
2. Purpose of the site
GoRoutly is a travel itinerary search and comparison tool. It combines flights and train journeys to suggest routes between several cities, displaying information obtained from external providers.
GoRoutly is neither a travel agency nor a carrier, and does not sell tickets or accommodation. We take no part in the transaction: any booking is completed on the relevant provider's website and is subject to their terms.
3. Terms of use
Access to the site is free and requires no account, except for features such as saving or sharing trips. By using GoRoutly you undertake to do so lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice.
In particular, the following is prohibited:
- Using the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the rights of others.
- Introducing or distributing software or content that may disrupt the operation of the site.
- Systematic automated extraction of content (scraping), or any use that places a disproportionate load on our systems.
- Attempting to access restricted areas or to circumvent the service's security measures.
4. Prices, availability and disclaimer
The prices, schedules and availability shown come from third-party sources and are provided for information and guidance only. They may change at any time, sell out, or contain errors outside our control, and should always be verified on the provider's website before booking.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information displayed, nor uninterrupted availability of the site. We accept no liability for damages arising from use of the information published, nor for the performance of travel services contracted with third parties, including delays, cancellations or missed connections between legs.
The itineraries suggested combine services from different providers, booked separately. It is for the user to judge whether the time margins between legs are sufficient, and to check each operator's documentation, baggage and check-in requirements.
5. Third-party links and affiliation
The site contains links to third-party websites over which we exercise no control and whose content and policies are the sole responsibility of their owners. A link implies neither endorsement nor any corporate relationship with its destination.
Some of these links are affiliate links: if you book through them, GoRoutly may receive a commission from the provider, at no additional cost to you and without affecting the price you pay.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The site's design, its code, the GoRoutly brand and the content we produce are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.
The trade marks, logos and names of airlines, rail operators and other third parties appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown solely for identification and information purposes.
7. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies and browser storage in the Cookie Policy, both linked in the footer.
8. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules, without prejudice to the rights granted to users acting as consumers by consumer protection legislation.
