Purchase Terms
Last updated: 2026-07-27
These terms govern the purchase of transport packs on GoRoutly. Read them before you pay: they set out exactly what you are buying, what it costs, when you get your tickets and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who is selling
- GOROUTLY S.L..
- Contact: info@goroutly.com.
When selling packs we act as the organising travel agency. We are not a carrier: flights and trains are operated by each company under their own conditions of carriage.
2. What you are buying
A pack is the combination of three legs of a single route: the outbound flight, the connecting train between the two cities, and the return flight. They are sold together for a single price, which makes them a package.
The pack includes the three tickets and our handling of the purchase. It does not include accommodation, checked baggage —unless stated otherwise in the leg details—, seat selection, insurance, airport check-in fees or any other carrier extra.
Tickets are issued in each traveller's name using the details you give us. A name that does not match the travel document will stop you boarding, and fixing it afterwards depends on the carrier and usually costs money: check before you pay.
3. Price
The price you see is the final price: the cost of each leg plus a 10 % service fee per leg, with applicable taxes included. The fee is shown as a separate line before you pay and in your order summary.
Carrier prices change from one moment to the next, so every quote has a limited validity shown on screen. After that you need a new quote, and the price may differ.
All amounts are in euros (EUR).
4. How payment works: charged on confirmation
When you confirm the payment, the full amount is charged. That payment is what starts us buying all three tickets in your name.
If we cannot buy them, you get a full refund, service fee included. We issue the refund the same day we cancel the order; depending on your bank it takes 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers.
5. When you get your tickets
We buy the tickets ourselves on the carriers' websites, one by one, using your details. It is not an automated process, which is why it is not instant.
- As soon as you pay you get an email confirming we have your order, with the amount charged and your reference.
- We commit to buying all three legs and sending you the booking references within 12 hours of payment.
- Each reference also appears on your order page as we obtain it.
If a leg departs too soon for us to handle it safely, we will not put it on sale.
6. What happens if a leg turns out to be impossible
Between your payment and our purchase a flight can sell out or go up in price. If that happens, these are the options, in this order:
- We offer you an equivalent alternative —same day, similar time— at no extra cost to you. If it costs more, we absorb the difference within our service fee.
- If the alternative is not equivalent (another day, hours apart, or stopovers where there were none), we propose it and you decide: accept it or cancel at no cost.
- If there is no alternative, we cancel the whole order and refund you in full.
If we had already bought some legs and another turned out to be impossible, we refund in full what you paid for the legs you cannot use, service fee included.
7. Changes and cancellations by you
Transport services with a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). There is therefore no 14-day cooling-off period: once the tickets are bought, each carrier's conditions apply.
- Before we buy: you can cancel free of charge by writing to us. We refund you in full.
- After we buy: each carrier's fare conditions apply. Most low-cost fares allow neither changes nor refunds; we will tell you exactly what yours allows.
- The service fee is not refunded once the tickets are bought, because the service has already been provided.
As a package, you may transfer the contract to another person by giving us reasonable notice and covering any costs the carriers pass on.
8. Your obligations
- Give each traveller's details exactly as they appear on their travel document.
- Check that documents are still valid and accepted at the destination. Some countries require a passport valid for at least six months.
- Arrive at the airport or station with the lead time each carrier requires.
- Tell us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake in the details.
Travel documentation (visas, health requirements) is the traveller's responsibility. We can inform, but we cannot guarantee entry into a country.
9. Liability
As organiser we are liable for the proper performance of the services in the pack under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a service is not provided as agreed, you are entitled to have it put right and, where applicable, to a price reduction or compensation.
Important: the three legs are separate tickets, not a connection protected by a single carrier. A delay on the first flight does not oblige the train or return flight operator to rebook you. This warning also appears in the trip details before you buy.
10. Complaints and governing law
Write to us at info@goroutly.com and we will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or your regional consumer authority.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
